These individuals will be working in the Retail division of the Customer Care Department.
They will be taking calls from Customers from the eCommerce side of business.
Calls might consist of customers who are inquiring about product damage, discrepancies on a receipt for returned items, or general questions about products or inventory availability.
They will need to be very comfortable handling call from upset customers as a good portion of the calls will be from disgruntled customers.
Will be handling 70-90 calls a day.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Customer Service Experience
They are rotating shifts including weekends. M-F hours are 8AM-8PM, Saturday is 8AM-7PM and Sun hours are 8AM-5PM. The schedules are 4 weeks of 8am-5pm, 4 weeks 9:30am- 6:30pm, and 4 weeks 11pm-8pm and every other weekend.
$12.00 per hour
