The ADS Operations Excellence (OpEx) Knowledge Management team is responsible for driving high quality training content for ADS data associates located across the globe. This includes creating engaging process and tool content, including instructor led training, eLearning and self-paced learning, virtual classroom design, building tool kits and study guides, and performance support aids for all ADS global sites. This Program Manager role sits within the Instructional Design team.
As a Program Manager within the Instructional Design space, you will work in lock step with multiple business teams. In this role, you will:
Write program and pilot requirement documents that out lay the vision and implementation roadmap for 2019-2021. Also, ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, design and development teams. Establish business processes and policies as well as metrics and indicators for success Measure and analyze existing programs and models for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to customers Drive process and mechanism launches including working with executives, and other management team members Collaborate with global stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs Prioritize projects among global stakeholders to manage workforce of the Instructional Design team with operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or commensurate industry experience. Proven experience of managing large, complex, multifunctional technology-oriented projects and programs, partnering effectively with geographically dispersed teams Deep experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization subject matter experts, functional leads, departmental heads, etc. Great communication skills, including the ability to write detailed proposals, reports and other documents, backed by statistical measurements. Strong problem solving and organizational skills. Flexibility; delivering results in a fast-paced and complex work environment. Able to work under tight timelines with minimal supervision. Experience in working in complex and frequently ambiguous spaces; making sense of customer need and being able to frame that as clear requirements. Skilled in planning, risk and issue management, and change control. Hands-on, roll up your sleeves mindset. Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. 5+ years of program management experience. PMP / Prince2 / equivalent certification. Experience in working with Operations. Experience working across global teams. Experience or qualification in an associated field: Speech Recognition, Computational Linguistics, NLU, Machine Learning, AI, etc. Analytical acumen - comfortable generating and evaluating data to guide decisions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
