We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator based in our New York office, responsible for conveying a positive, professional image of our company, and performing various administrative functions in order to ensure we have an organized and smooth running office. You will receive and respond to client queries and customers requests, and dispatch inquiries following business processes.

What you will focus on:

  • Serve as the point of contact for vendors, facilities and team members
  • Perform receptionist functions, including answering and transferring calls on a multi-line telephone system, responding to routine inquiries, as well as receiving and directing clients/visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with ongoing monthly tasks including bill payments and other administrative duties to keep things running smoothly
  • Facilitate daily mail collection and delivery, including distribution of packages
  • Support top management and senior team members with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other admin related tasks as required

What we are looking for:

  • Recent graduate with Bachelor s degree
  • 2 years of administrative or customer/operation support experience
  • Well versed in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
