As Area Manager at by CHLOE you are responsible for recruiting, coaching and developing General Managers, to enable their leadership of each BC store s consistent operational success within the following areas: team member experience, customer experience and financial growth. You will act as a BC expert of all operational development initiatives, including existing store optimization and new store openings

Your Impact

Consistent operational successleading to surpassed P&L targets within your stores by coaching and developing your leadership team with each unit s particular strengths and opportunities in mind

Lead BC stores to be known for internal development and promotionof team members by overseeing recruitment, training, talent development and performance evaluation initiatives, in collaboration with BC Talent and BC Learning & Development teams

Achieve consistent customer satisfactionreports by training and developing your leaders to coach store teams for a genuine, proactive approach to hospitality and adhering to company policies and brand standards

Continually improveeach store's overall performance by staying up to date with and implementing company-wide operating plans and standards. Issue supplemental objectives to GMs and follow up on execution accordingly

Experience day-to-day operational growthwithin each unit by directing constant appraisal of all standing objectives and providing the necessary improvement feedback to GMs

Enable an ownership mindsetwithin GMs and store-level teams through transparent communication of planned company-wide initiatives

Create a comfortable, healthy environment for customerswithin stores by directing sanitation/health standards and maintenance procedures within stores

Consistent regional complianceand daily practice of proper food safety, employee and customer safety, and labor/wage standards by creating and implementing these standards and related processes

Drive company-wide performanceby making recommendations for improving effectiveness of policies and procedures

Immediate, positive impact from new managementby overseeing proper recruitment, orientation, training and development standards for new management

Build trust and loyaltywithin stores by directly participating in store-level operations periodically

Establish a positive, people-centric (team & customer) work environmentwithin BC stores by developing and implementing standards and practices that promote this type of behavior

Establish and foster regional community partnerships

What You Bring To The Table

An ability to balance driving existing store performance while directing new store openings: manage all projects simultaneously, delegate effectively and ensure the execution of all projects accordingly

Engaging and genuine communication skills, with a proven ability in developing loyal, results-driven teams

Proven experience leading high-performing teams, led by consistent internal team development and promotion

Exceptional organization and prioritization skillset

5+ years of restaurant leadership experience with 3+ years experience leading 3 or more high-performing units

Ability to identify operational and team development opportunities, and implement change efficiently and effectively

Proven experience managing f&b regulatory areas including, but not limited to: employee safety, customer safety, food safety and labor/pay management

Proficient with necessary operational management technologies
