Apply NowLocations: New York, New YorkJob Function: Human ResourcesEmployee Status: RegularJob ID: 19128465 The Senior Vice President, Organizational Assessments will have responsibility for employee attitude measurement, benchmarking, and research to provide Citi leaders with information that drives the business. This person will partner with vendors and stakeholders throughout the organization to design, lead, deploy, and administer the Citi-wide Voice of the Employee Survey. He or she will take an active role in interpreting and communicating survey results and will work with leaders across Citi to develop insights about their teams and the company. As an expert in employee surveys, this person will be responsible for providing guidance and expertise on other employee surveys throughout the company. In addition to leading the efforts for the global employee annual survey, the role will also support the development and implementation of Life-Cycle Surveys, including candidate experience, new-hire experience/onboarding and exit surveys. This individual will present findings both internally and externally to inform business decisions and further the advancement of employee attitude research. He or she will participate with external groups to benchmark our practices and partner with internal leaders to shape our strategy. Success in this role will require building on an employee survey program that is an integral part of the company culture, and will require honing the vision and strategy for the enterprise and contributing to the overall direction of HR metrics and analytics. This position reports to the Head of Global Assessments and People Insights. Responsibilities: Implement the companys global employee survey strategy; revise and refresh as needed to maintain business relevancy Provide oversight of the external vendor relationship Research & stay abreast of external employee survey best practices including practices with consortia and discussion with leading survey vendors Identify opportunities for data linkage research (link survey data with other HR, customer, business data) and oversee the research Bring subject matter expertise and a best in class approach to survey process Incorporate all aspects of data privacy, security and controls into the survey process Interpret employee survey data and deliver comprehensive analysis and feedback to management Prepare executive presentations using data and insights to tell a compelling story Support the growth and advancement of workforce analytics within the HR function Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders including: HR, Business Leaders, Technology, Communications Partner with Communications and Learning & Development groups to develop and deliver communication and training materials Lead a Citi-wide Community of Practice to share learnings and opportunities for improvement An advanced degree in Behavioral Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior and/or Statistics is preferred. A minimum of 8 years business experience is required. Experience managing employee surveys is required. Experience in analyzing employee survey data and workforce information is required. Vendor management experience is required. Knowledge of Human Resource data, terminology and systems is required. Strong strategic thinking, business partnering and leadership skills are required. Good presentation and communication skills are required.
