As a part of the US Consumer Digital organization, the Head of Onsite Acquisition and SEO will be responsible for driving execution, collaborating on strategy, and driving profitable new card, bank, and mortgage accounts through owned Citi sites and by optimizing those properties with best in class search engine optimizations (SEO). The candidate will collaborate with various cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of the marketing campaigns, including requirements documents, determining and meeting timelines for various processes, partnering with legal/compliance/privacy teams, and measuring and reporting campaign performance.
Additionally, this person will be responsible for oversight and management Citi.com and CitiCards, external agencies (Publicis and Conductor) an internal team (staff of 6), partner development, and cross channel integration (Display, Paid Social, SEM, CRM). The role will also be a key driver of cross team work initiatives that include digital analytics, test & learn, martech, risk and product related initiatives. Specifically, you will Manage the end-to-end execution of the on-site campaign management process, including campaign prioritization, creative development, campaign trafficking, and QA Direct the maintenance and project manage all products on the Citi domain sites (Citi cards and citi.com) including offer and marketing copy updates to support strategic goals. Collaborate with LOB partners for onsite testing and analytic read outs Understand and manage all steps needed for cohesive campaign launches across different types of content (static, dynamic, banners, etc.), each with different timelines and launch processes. Partner closely with product teams across US Cards, Retail Bank and Mortgage to prioritize campaigns and maintain onsite campaign schedule for the team Drive enterprise SEO strategy and technical implementation that will improve visibility and scale across Citi sites Create roadmap for evergreen content strategy that is acquisition focused that can be attributed to driving revenue Manage scalable SEO initiative over 3 year timeframe to garner more SOV for brand and generic terms across categories Collaborate with internal LOB and technical teams to streamline SEO recommendations Partner closely with platform managers (MIM, CMS, Testing, etc.) to ensure campaigns are launched in a timely manner and processes are working as expected Own testing workflow onsite (via Adobe Target) and manage reporting output for LOB partners. Strong digital marketing background, with acquisition experience highly valued Previous work managing large matrixed sites. Expertise in all forms of on page and off page SEO as well as a strong focus on CRO Ability to work creatively within a process driven environment Excellent attention to detail and organization skills Knowledge of onsite targeting and modeling Onsite DMP and real time decisioning experience preferred Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS preferred Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in strong work ethic Strong communicator Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize, and rive results with a high sense of urgency Analytic mindset and knowledge of test and learn best practices Superior relationship management skills Excellent strategic thinking ability Strong ability to influence at all levels of the organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field
