Beaumont Financial Partners, LLC is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to join the team.This position is critical to onboarding new clients and ensuring the technical steps are executed according to internal, external and industry-regulated protocols.

The Client Onboarding Specialist will support the Director of Service and Financial Operations as well as other Operations Support professionals to ensure proper and timely processing of activating new clients. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in an evolving and fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will be a tech-savvy, teamwork-oriented individual who will strive to anticipate and meet the needs of the Operations Team.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage new client workflow through and Envestnet protocols;
Review client provided paperwork for accuracy and completeness;
Facilitate issue resolution with appropriate Relationship Manager or Operations Team Member;
Establish new accounts through the defined technical steps based on associated platform;
Manage platform/Custodian communication related to questions, errors or follow up; and
Upon completion, communicate newly established accounts to appropriate Team Members

Additional Responsibilities:
Data facilitation through Bloomberg, Black Diamond or other software programs;
Special projects; and
Other administrative tasks as necessary

Required Skills:
Excellent computer skills including the ability to work in multiple software and online platforms at once;
Eager to learn new software platforms and online portals;
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects;
Attention to detail is critical;
Must be a self-starter;
Excellent communication skills and ability to problem solve;
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment;
Eager to work on new or special projects as needed; and or other CRM experience a plus!
