What we're looking for:

We are moving to a brand-new office at 600 Fifth Avenue in the coming months and are looking for an energetic Administrative Assistant who will work closely with our Executive Assistant to support several C-level executives and VP's while overseeing front office responsibilities. This person will be the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies and act as a liaison to our different departments. The person in this role will need to have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain executive schedules
  • Draft letters, emails and provide other administrative support as needed
  • Greet scheduled visitors and direct them accordingly
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas and record information from meetings
  • Set up meetings, book conference rooms and arrange car service, as needed
  • Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations
  • General office duties as needed including restocking of supplies
  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments

  • What the role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
  • 2+ years of experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Robust prioritization skills while juggling multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
