Description

The Inside Sales Representative will execute on tactical service sales activities to achieve incremental sales growth within the service and aftermarket business. Oversight of Key Accounts across multiple platforms (Consumable, Polymetric Membranes, and Services & Spares) Position Location: will Report to the Cortland, NY office based on business needs, remote position - work from home office
  • Increase service, aftermarket, & annuity quote conversion rate (50%)
  • Initiate high volume of outbound calls to both current customers, sales partners, and potential customers and support outbound sellers (quote development)
  • Identify and generate leads for service sales team
  • Proactively communicate service sales target programs and initiatives
  • Track quote hit rate and establish reasons for declined business and propose corrective actions
  • Empowered to make decisions to provide the best customer experience each and every time
  • Execute service sales programs via direct customer and sales channel communication (35%)
  • Respond to customer requests for status (received via e-mail, phone and portals) (10% of time)
  • Provide an excellent customer experience while driving customer loyalty and customer satisfaction
  • Support the development of the forecast and service sales pipeline (5%)
  • Manage service sales pipeline and drive current opportunities
  • Able to travel domestically
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor s Degree
  • 2+ years of Key Accounts inside sales experience
  • Preferred Requirements:
  • 5 years of key accounts inside sales experience
  • 5 years of experience in the municipal / industrial water filtration market
  • Position Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven success with value based selling via outbound calls
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve service sales goals
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all our products, sales programs, services, and processes
  • Proficiency in the following software: Sales Force, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, & SAP
