Coordinate all of Henkels NA Laundry & Home Care fragrance briefs and submissions
Collaborate with cross functional teams (R&D, Technical Performance and Insights, Product Safety, and Marketing) to write comprehensive briefs for new and existing fragrances
Provide guidance to teams for best practices per Henkel Framework standards and other considerations when requesting fragrances
Input and track brief progress and related information in Henkel platforms
Manage and coordinate briefing rates with global partners
Providing feedback and guidance to both fragrance houses and Henkel NA L&HC teams
Responsible for the scheduling and organization of fragrance submissions and meetings
Communication for outcome of briefing to fragrance houses
Manage NA Laundry & Home Care fragrance portfolio, provide and translate fragrance-related data to identify needs/opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
Coordinate and manage special projects for fragrance, visits on relevant topics, and fragrance house presentations.
Support evaluation of fragrance submissions, requesting samples from fragrance houses, participate in and schedule smell sessions.
Single point of contact in R&D for day-to-day fragrance-related questions and topics.
Attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to effectively partner with cross functional and external counterparts.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Experience and strong familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with SAP is a plus
Able to travel on occasion to vendors, trainings, conferences, and other facilities
