Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Applications and Process Support:
Non Essential Functions: Expected to perform other duties as necessary, required or directed. Act as a floating resource to support other groups periodically (customer service, accounting, etc.)
Position relationships: Contact with most employees within the equipment and sales groups.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
Mathematical Skills: Basic Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Knowledge/Experience & Qualifications:
Physical Requirements: Regularly required to communicate by telephone and in person. Spends majority of time sitting. Occasionally needs to walk or stand. May occasionally need to lift up to 20 lbs.
Other Requirements: Personal computer literacy/experience, including proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and computerized CRM and MRP systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
