Experience in growing a profitable business whilst balancing managing costs and budgets, having had accountability for P&L in a senior management role.. Understand and successful experience in project management techniques, contract and commercial, and proactive O&M measures.. Understand and experience the full asset management cycle with focus on O&M.. Have a good knowledge of the Defence market and supply chain. Having the necessary drive and commitment to see tasks/initiatives through to completion and ensuring long term sustainability.. Construction and Maintenance self-delivery experience.. Desirable:.
