The team will engage broadly with the employee community to source pain points in our processes and organizations that may be impeding innovation or slowing down business. The team will play a critical role in understanding these barriers and partnering with Business, Functional, and Strategy leaders in the firm to solve them through all tools available. Role Summary & Key Responsibilities Corporate Transformation is seeking a strategy VP to provide business and functional leaders with guidance on addressing the most urgent hurdles in their processes and organizations. The position will support senior leaders through the process of scoping improvement initiatives, diagnosing and solving pain points, and implementing improvements. The strategist will provide support to a portfolio of initiatives at any given time, dynamically working to tailor the assistance provided to each initiative based on business / function need. This role represents an excellent opportunity for qualified strategist to: Consult on 3-5 initiatives at any given time Comfortably direct strategic thinking and approach, quickly identifying most critical aspects of problem and most appropriate structure on individual engagements Influence bank s strategic agenda by being an objective thought partner to C-suite and other senior leaders, beyond immediate scope of engagements Take leadership role in generating new, innovative ideas and staying abreast of market trends Involved in broader team efforts, including recruiting, staffing/ deployment decisions, and performance management Develop strong followership with junior team members and internal partners who actively seek advice / mentorship Qualifications & Skills MBA or an advanced degree from a top-tier program preferred 5+ years of experience with a premier strategy consulting firm or an internal consulting / corporate strategy team, including 1-2+ years managerial experience motivating and leading high-performing teams Exceptionally strong client management and executive-level communication skills Familiarity with consulting toolkit / broad range of analytical tools and problem solving approaches Not ready to apply?
