RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in search of a Chat System Moderator in Farmington, Connecticut (CT) for 3 months. This is a unique role with multiple responsibilities to support corporate chat collaboration best practices. Responsibilities: Quickly learn the ins and outs of the chat system and become a local subject matter expert for chat features, best practices and chat channel governance Monitor and moderate multiple chat public channels in a corporate environment; Use judgement to determine appropriate vs inappropriate conversations for various chat channels; Report violations of public channel communication corporate guidelines to appropriate internal leadership Work with end users for one-on-one training to get the most out of the tool; Document success stories and serve as an evangelist to promote wider chat tool adoption across the enterprise Partner with the end user community and chat channel tool owners in IT to understand and document end user experience and new chat tool feature requirements REQUIREMENTS: College degree in Communications or Marketing related field 2-3 years of work experience in a large corporate environment Experience working in/as Corporate Communications, Communications Moderator, Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Social Media Manager, Community Monitor, etc. Ability to use judgement on \"what appropriate looks like\" according to corporate standards Superior written & verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow Technically savvy with MS Office Suite, collaboration tools (SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, etc.), O365, CRM and others Experience with any chat tool is highly desired (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Talk, Mattermost, IBM Sametime, Campfire, Paltalk, etc.) Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
