Otis, the world leader in providing reliable, efficient and technologically advanced elevators, escalators and people-moving systems, seeks an Associate Director, Global Equity & Executive Programs, to oversee the company?s domestic and international equity and executive programs, including non-qualified deferred compensation programs, financial planning, executive leased vehicle and other programs, as needed.
Essential ResponsibilitiesMaintain tax and legal compliance of executive programs and provide counsel and direction on a wide range of matters related to the ongoing design and administration of programs across the enterpriseServe as senior advisor, project management lead and escalation contact for all global equity and non-qualified deferred compensation mattersPartner with external vendors, Tax, Legal, Accounting and Payroll to ensure smooth operation of compliant programsDevelop and implement planning strategies, communications and processes to enhance efficiency, control risk and minimize the company?s global liabilityOversee the day-to-day administration of equity and deferred compensation plans and program lifecycle events, including equity grants and vesting and deferred compensation annual enrollment and distributionsManage the company?s external equity and deferred compensation vendor relationshipsLead various ad hoc assignments relating to executive compensation

Education / CertificationsA bachelor?s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, human resources, or related fieldAdvanced degree preferred
