What This Position Is All About: Under the direction of the Assistant General Manager of Operations, or a member of the store's leadership team, the Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all back of the house and front of the house operational functions (i.e. processing inbound merchandise, processing merchandise).
The Logistics Manager will work closely with the Merchandising Manager to train and coach the Sales Support team with respect to the established standards of merchandise shipping/receiving. The Manager will also protect company assets by adhering to sensor and cable standards, and will salvage processing and shortage reporting.

You are comfortable with physical work (lift up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, etc)

4 year degree preferred, but not required
At minimum, a moderate proficiency with computers and technology (RF guns, package tracking, MS Office, etc)
3-5 years supervisory experience in retail environment in visual or merchandising
As the Logistics Manager you will:
Continuous Flow Process
Oversees processing of inbound merchandise within established company time frame, ensuring that new receipts are on the selling floor prior to store opening.
Oversees processing of outbound merchandise transfers and returns to vendors (RTV)
Directs and executes markdowns and price changes, re-ticketing, Sends, Repairs, sell off consolidation, order supplies, etc.
Works closely with the Selling Managers in effort to anticipate the needs of the business and plan for upcoming situations/events rather than react to them.\"
Supervises maintenance of stock rooms, hangar and sensor tag pickup, supplies replenishment.
Executes company initiatives as directed.
Protects company assets by adhering to sensor and cable standards, salvage process
