The Receptionist will provide general administrative and clerical support to program staff. Responsibilities: + Greet visitors in a courteous manner + Answer telephone, screen and route calls and take messages, politely and efficiently + Draft and type correspondence and reports, maintaining confidentiality + Maintain organized files + Route incoming and outgoing mail + Photocopy and fax documents + Order and maintainoffice supplies and equipment + Complete other projects as required by immediate supervisor or senior program staff + High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred + One to two years experience in an office setting preferred + Computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets. + Good verbal and written communication skills. + Valid New York State Drivers License a plus.
