Job Profile Summary SUMMARY: The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting administrative functions for the Corporate Learning & Development team with a primary focus on supporting administrative duties in the Learning Management System (LMS). The Training Coordinator provides excellent customer service to the LMS Analyst, Instructional Designers, and the SNC employee population as a whole. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Monitors team mailbox and responds to user inquires and issues. Updates user records in the LMS. Creates and processes instructor-led-training sessions in the LMS. Monitors, researches, and responds to employee requests for training exemptions. Uploads and updates training objects in the LMS. Creates and provides quality checks for learning assignments in the LMS. Ensures data integrity by performing frequent data audits. Processes record requests and handles sensitive data for the team and customers. Prepares and provides reports as necessary. Serves as a resource to employees regarding Learning & Development policies and procedures, responding to employee inquiries in a timely manner. Contributes to process, procedure and training updates. Identifies opportunities for best practices and process improvement for overall efficiency. Performs additional administrative activities as assigned. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: May assist in employee event coordination. Punctuality to work each day and prepared to work scheduled work hours. Other duties as assigned. Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience required. Cornerstone LMS experience desired. Experience with Microsoft Office required. Above average skills using Microsoft Excel preferred. Solid customer service and communication skills. Must be extremely detail-oriented, precise, and highly organized. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Ability to successfully perform multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong ability to prioritize effectively. Note: Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance may be required.
