What youll be responsible for

  • Delivering end to end recruitment services across all business units.
  • The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager participates in projects which enhance the Employee Value Proposition and External Brand and builds & promotes a Talent Pipeline.
  • Proactive Competitive Mapping and headhunt activity
  • Working closely with Managers to understand their staffing requirements
  • Assessing candidates across multipledisciplines: Cloud Engineering & Architecture, Technical Consulting, Agile Project Delivery, Cloud SecurityEngineering, corporate office (Finance, Legal, IT etc)
  • Driving innovative and creative talent strategies, identifying non-traditional and diverse talent pools
  • Drive internal mobility & build diverse sourcing strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing leveraging proactive and innovative recruitment tools & channels
  • Support and drive best-in-class social media and branding initiatives
  • Track and analyse effectiveness of recruiting/marketing/branding efforts to ensure the best return on investments
  • Drive delivery of a best in class experience for all candidates
  • Mentoring others in the team

What you will bring to the role

  • Extensive Recruitment experience in ICT (and preferably with a specialisation in Cloud and DevOps)
  • Oversee all end to end recruitment activities and service delivery across the organisation (hiring requirements, reporting, sourcing, assessment, on boarding etc)
  • A proven track record of relevant talent acquisition and business partnering experience
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and constant change, yet able to set priorities and deliver to commitments against a defined strategy.
  • Data driven and analytical with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Strategic thinker with a creative, curious and innovative mindset
  • Proven track record of managing and influencing multiple senior stakeholders
  • Passionate about candidate experience and exceeding client expectations at all times
  • Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional Direct Sourcing experience through Social Media Platforms
  • Strong Leadership capability
  • Tertiary Qualified Degree (preferred but not essential)
  • Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter User and proactive sourcing experience
