Develop and implement strategic initiatives to ensure Origin's International's short-term and long-term strategic, business and market share goals are achieved. Focus on initiatives that will elevate brand equity, broaden reach, and strengthen loyalty resulting in strong growth. Strong collaboration with regions and markets providing guidance on business development priorities, regionally relevant needs and channel/geographically growth plans.. This position will lead the development of FSS strategy (calendars and campaigns), develop synergistic omni-channel processes with Global E-Commerce and lead the development of retail channel capabilities (with strong partnership with CRM loyalty programs, store designs, and store marketing operations). This person will also work closely with Global Education function to enhance the consumer experience at point of sale, build brand advocacy and consumer loyalty through the best consumer experience.. Achieve Sales, NOP and ROIC Objectives (P&L Management). Work with regions and Finance leads to properly manage all lines on the FSS P&L and the impact on the Global Brand performance.. Create consistency in policy and procedures to drive operational efficiency.. Work with Regional and Global partners to diagnose opportunities and develop strategies and tactics to effectively drive performance across all FSS doors.. Execute omni-channel strategy with E-Commerce and Retailers. Build a relationship with E-commerce to have visibility into goals and provide frequent 2-way updates.. Ensure effective translation of strategy into execution by balancing global agility and local relevance.. Support in depth studies with local retailers to find out what digital campaign would work best based on consumer base and data.. Work with Brand, Region and Affiliate teams to deliver go-to-market activities that leverage search, performance, programmatic, and digital awareness tactics. Ensure the online, in store, digital, and social experience align to tell a consistent and compelling story. Collaborate with Global and Regional stakeholders for development, alignment, and deployment of go-to-market strategy. Ensure consistent and excellence in execution of brand positioning, CRM standards and regulatory standards.. Lead regional and affiliate leaders to evolve experience \"at counter\" to drive brand tenants and strategy at point-of-sale.. Conduct market visits to understand market context, identify areas for improvement, and put forward action plan to drive market success.. Strengthen and expand geographic presence and diversifying channels.. Lead Execution of Retail Marketing Campaigns. Deliver marketing programs across each region to maximize sales, close revenue gaps and maintain profit margins to achieve annual financial goals.. Develop/manage/execute promotional activities as agreed with regions. Includes variety of communication channels (in-store, direct mail, email marketing, training, consumer engagement, promotional area, consumer events).. Proactively work with the Sales Team/E-commerce teams to achieve the sales business goals.. Identify appropriate Retail Marketing KPI's and monitor results. Identify opportunity areas and adjust as needed to hit targets. Share locally relevant retail marketing opportunity areas and adjust execution as needed to hit targets.. Lead Execution of Global Retail Experience. Support FSS expansion strategy and work closely with regions to ensure successful local delivery.. Partner with global and regional VM/SD teams to execute vision of new consumer experience.. Support evolution of Education approach so that it activates Clinique consultants to deliver the new consumer experience. Drive upskilling of brand teams across each affiliate and retail location - enable best-in-class retail practices, consumer experiences and process optimization.. Talent Management & Leadership. Lead regional teams, nurturing key talent and encouraging effective collaboration between global -regional - local teams.. Hire for the future philosophy; identify the skills that will move the Brand to be a leader in retail in each market.. *Qualifications**. 15 years of experience in relevant commercial positions.. 5 years of experience in retail operations. Global experience preferred. Experience negotiating and managing retailer relationships. Outstanding strategic, problem solving and thought leadership skills and proven ability to lead, develop and motivate team.. Demonstrated ability to lead projects requiring synthesis of large amounts of complex data into meaningful conclusions.. Keen business acumen plus the ability to function as a senior strategist with key members of the executive management team.. Big-picture thinker and experience in a dynamic, high-growth environment.. Proven track record in taking strategic plan to full execution. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Strong technical competencies (analytics, statistical modeling). Strong leadership skills.
