Job Summary: Drive and execute Unity Lab Services Asset Management innovation through technology development, deployment, and evolution. In this customer-facing role, a successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, market expansion and profitability for asset management technology.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work with customers and Unity Lab Services team members to understand individual customer strategies, business needs and internal barriers to implementation of an asset utilization monitoring solution. * Responsible for managing implementation of asset management and utilization tools and training plans specific to customer accounts. * Gather competitive intelligence and voice of customer input to support positioning and ongoing platform development. * Work with operations, implementation and other key stakeholder groups to develop playbooks for scalable roll out of asset management and utilization tools to support customer engagements. * Support data analytics development and presentation to leverage asset utilization data, service history and other asset information to drive reporting and recommendations for customers.
* Bachelor of Science degree in business or a technical discipline. * 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Data Analysis. * Strong business acumen and project management skills. * Demonstrated ability to collaborate across a variety of teams (geographic, business type, management style). * Must possess the interpersonal and presentational skills to be able to interact with various levels of Thermo Fisher personnel & customers. * Must possess strong analytical problem solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way. * Ability to travel up to 25%
* Experience in Life Sciences environment is strongly preferred * Lab asset management experience * SmartCapture or other asset utilization or remote instrument monitoring experience
