You could be part of our next chapter as a DT Contracts Software Supply Chain Analyst, based in Farmington, Connecticut, with responsibility for developing and implementing sourcing strategies in various licensing models in tech stack, including on-premises perpetual licensing, services and cloud-solution categories to reduce total cost of ownership and cycle time and improve quality.


* Develop and implement sourcing strategies in various licensing models in tech stack, including on-premises perpetual licensing (e.g., ERP), services (e.g., application development and maintenance and support), and cloud-solution (e.g., Software-as-a-Service, Infrastructure-as-a-Service and Platform-as-a-Service) categories to reduce total cost of ownership and cycle time and improve quality
* Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the regional teams, including global supplier relationship management, regional supplier selection, and optimization of full suite of Digital Technologies services
* Proactively monitor and understand the market and identifies opportunities resulting from new product offerings and/or market shifts (e.g., exit or entry of suppliers or changes in pricing)
* Create processes and methods to gather data and performs analysis to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
* Foster trusting relationships with internal and external business partners
* Collaborate with IT and key functional professionals to implement effective systems
* Seek to improve all relevant aspects of the supply chain by reviewing current and trending methodologies and processes


* MA/MS degree with 5+ years' experience (preferred); BA/BS degree with 5-7+ years' experience.
* Five-plus years of experience in software license management and strategy
* Deep understanding of software licensing and subscription pricing models like Microsoft and Oracle
* Experience with optimizing software spending
* A proven track record of driving cost reduction and savings
* Extensive experience in IT contracts for Microsoft, Oracle, VMWare and others
* Strong market research and benchmark identification capabilities
* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to effectively interact and communicate with executive leadership


* Experience in strategies Sourcing and RFP, RFI and RFQ management on software contracts is a plus
* Experience in negotiating enterprise-level contracts is a plus
