This role is responsible for directing and managing development programs for managers and supervisors across Otis? global footprint, including New Equipment Sales, Service Sales, Field Operations and Branch Managers.

  • Essential ResponsibilitiesDirects and manages ?Otis University,? a program for early-to-mid-career, high- potential employees in Sales, Field, Engineering, Operations and Major ProjectsCoordinates with global Otis regions to baseline existing leadership development programs for supervisors and managers, with a goal of refining and aligning programs to a single, global standardWorks closely with functional teams to understand learning needs and gaps, and recommends creative learning interventions and designs new programs as appropriateCommunicates processes and standards across diverse international regionsCollaborates with regional leads to ensure program standards are maintained globally
  • Education/CertificationsA bachelor?s degree in business or human resources management with 12-plus years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in one of these fields and 10-plus years of relevant experience is required
  • Basic QualificationsExtensive experience with leader and managerial development in a major, global corporation or consultancyA global mindset and intercultural communication experience gained through international assignments or working in a global companyExperience with modern Learning Management Systems, learning-engagement platforms, and adult-learning theoryA willingness to travel globally to deliver programs and results, as necessaryStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to perform well in a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentStrong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
