Some college or Associates Degreepreferred.RelatedExperience: Minimum three years work experience in human resources required. Familiar with legislation concerning Federaland local State(s) employment laws to include but not limited to ADA, FMLA,EEOC, OSHA, FLSA, Title VII.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Recentworking knowledge and experience with HRIS requiredRecentworking knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems preferredFamiliaritywith Learning Management Systems preferredExcellentverbal and written communication skillsWorkingknowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook requiredExperiencewith Access and PowerPoint preferredStrongorganizational skills and attention to detail requiredPriorexperience in a Federal Contractor environment preferred.BilingualSpanish preferredPosted by StartWire.
